QSystemTrayIcon converts multi resolution ico file to single 16x16 HICON on Windows

      The Window 10 notify message for QSystemTrayIcon now uses a much larger icon within the message window. Because QSystemTrayIcon scales the user supplied QIcon to a single 16x16 icon it doesn't look great on the new Windows 10 style message notifications.

      Ideally we would need a way to pass in a native ICO file that is multires and allow Windows to pick the appropriate icon to display at the correct place.
