Toradex apalis imx6 image has very low default volume

Toradex apalis imx6 image has very low default volume, so it's not possible to hear anything when the demos video is played back.

Workaround :

• log in through ssh and start /usr/bin/alsamixer and set the volume
• log in through ssh and vi /usr/share/alsa/init/default and set

  ENV{cpercent}:="95%"
  ENV{pvolume}:="7dB"
