Qt5.7 offline: Boxes example OpenGL scene doesn't match window size

      Boxes example OpenGL scene doesn't match window size when opening example (see screen capture from attachment) and Options dialog can't be moved properly. Resizing example window fixes issues.

      Installers used:
      qt-enterprise-linux-x64-5.7.0-rc_441.run
      qt-opensource-linux-x64-5.7.0-rc_442.run

      Cannot reproduce on OS X 10.11. Not tested on Windows (example requires Qt to be configured with -opengl desktop).
