QLocale::toString(double) ignores system settings for group separator (german)

      I'm using QLocale::toString(double) to get a local representation
      of a double value. My system is in german and QLocale ignores the system settings for the group separator when it is switched off. QLocale still insert the group separator. For more details see my PDF.
