External map renderer for Qt Location

Currently all Qt Location maps are rendered via the Qt SceneGraph inside the QtLocation library and its QML plugin. A lot of content providers have their own map renderer and want to integrate their rendering pipeline. Another use case are future vector based rendering pipelines.

It shall be possible to render the map inside the geoservices plugin and embed the content into the Qt Location stack.
