Multiline placeholder text in QPlainTextEdit broken

      I create a multi line placeholder text with LF \n.
      Only the first line appears, the 2nd line is truncated.
      Please see screenshot for a visual impression.

      Edit: It is not a matter of LF \n alone. Even a longer string exceeding the first line causes the glitch.
