WebEngineView doesn't show Combobox in fullscreen for Windows 10 with OpenGL rendering

      If use Qt5 with OpenGL rendering engine (no ANGLE, no DirectX, build with MSVC2015) in fullscreen mode no dropdown window for html Combobox element was shown.
