qtenv2.bat sets wrong path to mingw (492 instead of 530)

    Description

      qtenv2.bat called from c:\Qt\5.7\mingw53_32 sets the path to ...;C:\Qt\Tools\mingw492_32\bin;... instead of ...;C:\Qt\Tools\mingw530_32\bin;...
      So compilation fails with unknown option -std=c++1z
