.QtWebEngineProcess and .<application name> folders in home directory

      WebEngine creates following empty folders to the Windows user home directory:
      .QtWebEngineProcess
      .<webengine application name>

      Better place could be in App Data directory than messing home folder. OS X doesn't create those folders either.
