Drawer should "peek" when pressing on the edge

When the user press and hold the edge of the screen without dragging, Drawer should peek a little to show it is present and help discoverability.

Theses properties should be added :
`peekDelay` : delay in milliseconds after which the drawer should peek.
`peekDistance` : the distance that it peeks, in pixel or as a ratio like position.
Maybe `peekTouchDistance` too if we want to separate it from `peekDistance`, it would be the distance from the edge where a touch could trigger a peek.
