    Description

      If an application on Windows sets the DPI awareness in the application manifest (as strongly suggested by msdn), the windows QPA plugin will generate a warning on startup:

      SetProcessDpiAwareness(2) failed: COM error 0x80070005  (Unknown error 0x0ffffffff80070005), using 2
