Suggest a new mkspecs for Android using Clang as compiler

    Description

      Google has deprecated GCC for Android and suggest everyone to use Clang.
      I have no idea whether Google will remove GCC from ndk in future release or not, but I think it is necessary to make Qt for android compiling using Clang for now.
