QQuickItem missing documentation for setSize function

      Hi,

      The QQuickItem documentation makes no mention about the setSize function. It's also not visible in http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qquickitem-members.html but it does very much exist in the QQuickItem.h file as public function.

      Is there a particular reason why this function isn't documented?
      Should it be avoided perhaps?
      Or just a small documentation issue?
