Previous versions of WinRT always used FullScreen/SnapMode/AutoMaximize.
With Windows 10 and latest changes it is possible to have a Qt application run in a "regular" window.
IApplicationView3 has accessors to resize windows via API (try...). Use those functions for resizing applications on the desktop.
