tst_QSslSocket::protocolServerSide is unstable

    Description

      tst_QSslSocket::protocolServerSide is unstable and fails periodically on different platforms (different versions of OpenSSL). Usually it's related to OPENSSL_NO_SSL2/OPENSSL_NO_SSL3 and several test cases included/excluded by these macro - while test expects connectoToHostEncrytped to fail/success, we actually connect/fail to connect (handshake is successful/not).

      Test server does not seem to be a problem here, since both client/server sockets are in our test.
