      Following steps need to be done by the SDK installer:

      1) copy .lib files from the SDK ARMv5 to ARMv6 directories
      i.e.
      armv5\urel*.lib -> armv6\urel*.lib
      armv5\udeb*.lib -> armv6\udeb*.lib

      Should only copy if they don't exist (as symbian PDK does have armv6 directory already populated)

      2) install Qt binaries to ARMv5 and ARMv6 directories.

      3) qt.sis should have been built for ARMv6, and signed
