FIDO U2F support

      It would be nice if FIDO U2F two-factor-authentication tokens (like YubiKeys) would be supported.

      With Chromium (and the correct udev rule on Linux), the U2F demo works fine. With QtWebEngine, it detects U2F support but doesn't detect the USB token.

      FWIW, you can get a token for $18 (or $14.40 with a GitHub account).
