[Windows 8+]: When using HiDpi and printing to a PDF it will cause the output of the PDF file to be considerably bigger

      [Windows 8+]: When using HiDpi and printing to a PDF it will cause the output of the PDF file to be considerably bigger. Drawing text will cause it to go from 8kb for 1000 strings without HiDpi turned on to 10mb for 1000 strings when it is turned on. This is not a problem with the FreeType fontengine.
