mapviewer example no longer works becaues MapQuest no longer allows direct tile access

    Description

      MapQuest has turned off direct access to legacy maps, http://devblog.mapquest.com/2016/06/15/modernization-of-mapquest-results-in-changes-to-open-tile-access/

      The result is that the mapviewer demo no longer works as intended. See attached screenshot.
