Qt.Quick.Controls 2.0 MenuItem appears even when visible:false

      This issue appear under Windows 10 (msvc2015-32bits), android and ios.

    Description

      QML MenuItem displays an empty item when we set visible:false.
      The QMLFile.png sample presents the screenshot attached.
