If some application has more than one drawer, can always show the drawers in higher hierarchy, maybe it can be useful in some case, but the issue occurs when close one of the drawer opened, with this action we close one drawer and the background for the popup is lost, while other drawer still remains opened. I think the background still remain shown while drawers are opened, of course, while properties like dim directed that.
