Differentiate cached tiles for OSM map types depending on the used provider

5.6.2 introduces a fallback provider for each map type in the OSM plugin.
this provider kicks in when the main provider can't be resolved due to server problems.
However, this introduces potential mixups in the cache directory, with tiles belonging to one or the other provider named with the same scheme.
