Linux Qt build with -no-openssl does not have QT_NO_SSL define set

    Description

      I have compiled 2 versions of Qt each for windows and linux: one with SSL and one without. The windows build works as expected, in the non-SSL build the define QT_NO_SSL exists. However for both versions on linux, neither have this define set. It should be in the non-SSL build.

      Both the windows and linux non-SSL builds were compiled with -no-openssl.
