remove transition is not executed for first element of VisualItemModel

      When using a VisualItemModel / ObjectModel with a GridView or a ListView, the remove transition is not executed, if the first item (index 0) is removed.

      The attached file shows this misbehavior for a GridView. The item will be moved to -100,-100 when removed by a click. It's working fine for all items but the first. The first item just disappears when clicked.
