P2: Important Description
When using demobrowser with the pepper flash-plugin support (https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html is working) there is still a problem when trying to use the webcam. To test one can go to the website http://testwebcam.com which test flash+webcam support.
It says website wants to use the camera. I click allow - but still doesn't work (compared to Chromium - after clicking allow there it works).
