AVFoundation: startTime is never set in QVideoFrames

      On OS X, it seems there is no way to retrieve the frame time with the current rendering method (rendering the AVPLayerLayer in a FBO).

      On iOS, it can be retrieved from the AVPlayerItemVideoOutput.
