[b2qt] custom build should support building of commercial Qt

      Currently following http://doc.qt.io/QtForDeviceCreation/qtee-custom-embedded-linux-image.html supports only building opensource Qt, because it is meta-qt5 layer, which is using sources from git.
      There should be a way to use commercial Qt sources.
