configure tests run without -std=c++11

      When running configure on my machine, qmake is built properly with -std=c++11 passed to gcc. The configure tests however do not have that switch set, which makes some of them that use e.g. the new nullptr keyword fail. In particular the ppoll and pollts tests are affected.
