QToolBar extension button icon is too small on high DPI display

      The icon (>>) for QToolBar extension button is too small when shown on a high DPI display.

      Build and run the application example. Shrink the window so the toolbar shows the extension buttons. See the attached screenshot taken on a 200% scale display for the tiny button icons.

      This is probably related to QTBUG-45754.
