moc does not parse 'enum class'

      Trying to compile KDE's kwin with qtbase 5.8 branch, I get this error:

      AUTOGEN: error: process for /local/build/kde/plasma/kwin/autotests/integration/decoration_input_test.moc failed:
      local/kde/plasma/include/KDecoration2/kdecoration2/decorationdefines.:96: Parse error at "{"

      Line 96 in decorationdefines.h reads:

      enum class BorderSize {
