Controls 1: Native MenuItems on Windows are sized incorrectly

    Description

      The text is cut off on Windows 10 MenuItems when the text is bigger than a few words, as seen in the screenshot below. Adding an icon improves the sizing slightly, but it still fails once the text reaches a bigger width.

      The MenuItem appears to be sized correctly on OSX.
