Any y-axis in a chart does not get proper geometry if it is initially hidden when the chart is shown

    Description

      When inserting multiple axes to a chart and setting them hidden initially, the axes do not have proper geometry when they are shown next time. This also applies to axes that are added dynamically later on if they are hidden initially before first render call.

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Run attached sample
      • Press space bar to toggle viewing between yaxis 1 and yaxis 2
      • EXPECTED: Both axes are properly shown
      • ACTUAL: Y-axis 2 does not have proper geometry, so all numbers and axis name are trunacted to "..."
