      qt-enterprise-windows-x86-android-5.8.0-beta_565.exe

      Files that are present in macOS android and linux android packages are missing from win android:
      5.8\android_armv7\lib\libqt5qmldevtools.la
      edit:
      5.8\android_armv7\lib\libqt5qmldevtools.prl exists without the "lib" in file name
