Wrong position for QMenu and QToolTip when window spans multiple screens with differing scale factor

      The position of menus and tooltips are sometimes wrong when QT_SCALE_FACTOR is set to 2 and the window is on two monitors (left one is 1920x1200 and right one is 1280x1024).
