    Description

After macOS was updated to macOS Sierra and Xcode updated to version 8, all my Qt projects became unable to compile using Qt Creator.
Even after removing the entire project's build directory and running qmake again, it fails to compile.
The Xcode 8 agreement was already accepted.
While building, Qt Creator complains "such sysroot directory:
      '/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/SDKs/iPhoneOS9.3.sdk"

and "fatal error: 'TargetConditionals.h' file not found"

      Follow the detailed output attached.
