Error "Qt: Failed to create XKB context!", no keyboard input

      Qt from 5.8 branch does not find the xkb configuration files.

      I have to manually set QT_XKB_CONFIG_ROOT to /usr/share/X11/xkb, despite the config log says that XKB config root was found in /usr/share/X11/xkb.

      Without this step, keyboard input does not work.

      This happened after the "big qtconfig" merge in 5.8.
