Child Entity is not enbled/disabled according to parent Entity enabled/disabled status

      When setting enabled false on parent entity, child entity is still shown.
      This is probably a regression since issue is not present in released Qt 5.7.0 .

      Issue has been first noticed on Qt 5.7 branch (commit http://code.qt.io/cgit/qt/qt5.git/commit/?id=ec6d9b53b4cedd3c0d52d15de968a910effc63b2 )

      See attached example based on basicshapes-cpp to test it. When running same example using released Qt 5.7.0 the behavior is correct.
