Description
If no button is pressed on the stylus, there is no QTabletEvent of type QEvent::TabletMove being sent while the stylus hovers over the tablet.
If a button is pressed (left, mid or right), the events are then sent, whether or not the stylus is pressed on the tablet.
In Qt 5.3.2, the problem was also there but I was circumventing the problem by using mouse tracking and using the mouseMoveEvent callback. But in Qt 5.9.1, this callback is only used after a mouse move and not a stylus move.
