Install with default options, compile example following example. Build fails with following error:

\widgets\mainwindows\dockwidgets\mainwindow.cpp:54: error: C1083: Cannot open include file: 'QtPrintSupport': No such file or directory

widgets\richtext\textedit:
\widgets\richtext\textedit\textedit.cpp:75: error: C1083: Cannot open include file: 'QPrintDialog': No such file or directory

Reproduces with all WinRT and WinPhone targets, both msvc2013 and 2015. All those are working on 5.7.1.
