Qt for Android source package tries to install to /lib

      qtplugininfo and canbusutil are console tools, and because of QTBUG-45095, this causes a build error when doing make install as non-root. (If installing as root, the tools will be build for the target device and installed in the wrong location.)

      We don't support console tools on Android, so these will have to be disabled on that platform.
