linuxfb should use the same cursor atlas as eglfs

      The mouse cursors in linuxfb are using the built-in cursor images and look fairly awful.

      eglfs comes with its own cursor image atlas and uses that. It also provides a certain set of configurability in order to use a custom cursor set.

      linuxfb should ideally use the same cursor atlas in order to get better looking pointers.
