Qt tools are not objcopy'd when building with "-release -force-debug-info -separate-debug-info"

      The tools in qtbase/bin don't get their debug symbols moved into separate files anymore as you'd expect with "-force-debug-info -separate-debug-info". As result you get rather large binaries. This used to work in 5.7. The libraries and plugins are split up correctly.
