Itemview tooltip does not always get the image from the disk when one is referenced in a QToolTip

      QToolTip does not always get the image from the disk when one is referenced in a QToolTip, if it is modifying an existing image used in a tooltip which is shown straight away by moving the mouse from one item to another then it simply uses the old one.
