When using DirectWrite on Windows, text in a font with a stretch other than 100 will not print or export to PDF correctly

1. Build and run the attached app.
2. Move the slider to the right or left to stretch (or contract) the font.
3. Ensure the DirectWrite checkbox is turned on.
4. Click 'Save as PDF' and look at the PDF file exported in the app folder.

EXPECTED: The text in the PDF matches that on screen.
ACTUAL: The glyphs aren't stretched.

This works fine with GDI.
