secure Websockets not working on WinRT

    Description

      when trying to connect via secure Websockets inside an WinRT(Win10/WP8.1/W10mobile) applications, I get no response at all(no answer/error/timeout/SSLError etc.).

      QSslSocket::supportsSsl(); returns true

      I tried the SSLEchoClient, as well as QMLWebsocket example.
