QFileDialog: index-based selectNameFilter

    Description

      When calling `QFileDialog::selectNameFilter` one has to repeat the full text of the desired filter, which is especially bad when the texts are passed through translation.
      The suggestion here is to let `selectNameFilter` take an index into the name filters instead of a QString.
