[iOS][REG 5.6.1->5.7.0] After scrolling in a ListView then the list can end up scrolling back to the bottom

    Description

      In the example when scrolling below the list it will scroll corretly as expected, however after releasing then it can end up bouncing back to the bottom of the list. If the scrolling is done slowly then it can end up flickering back to the bottom of the list and then back to the finger again.
