Documentation for all network settings related classes is missing

    Description

      It seems commit fb78d28b6f5107ebe16193bfbd4778bb8627bd14 removed a lot of documentation from qtdeviceutilities with no replacement. Also examples are missing. One has to read the code first because the API suggests a way of usage which turn out to be wrong. Without documentation and examples it is difficult to use.
      Please include examples for UI and non-UI as well.
