Drag & Drop files action error wathever a main preventDefault request previouly set

In a QWebenginepage, if the DnD dragover and drop are prevented to allow file dropping, the browser view doesn't take into account when flying over div limits.

the end user automatically browser into the file if the drop is down in a copy phase (cpoy label display).

If we disallow page browsing using WebPage: acceptNavigationRequest overloading, this break the navigation (case were a websocket is up for example).

Easy to reproduce with simplebrowser and attached dnd.html file.
