    Description

      Focus not provided for mouse wheel adjustment of 'Val:' (brightness) slider (on right-side of backwards color panel (ROYGBIV is backwards from previous versions) . When using focus follows mouse, the slider should take focus on mouseover and respond with 1-increment adjustments to wheel-up/wheel-down inputs. That no longer works.
